Full price Deep Tissue massage with Myofascial Release is available at £60/60 mins or £90/90 mins.
Low cost Deep Tissue massage with Myofascial Release at £40/60 mins or £60/90 mins for BeWell members.
Combining Deep Tissue Massage with Myofascial Release creates a deeply restorative treatment designed to ease chronic tension, release muscular tightness, allowing more space and freedom within the body.
The combination is a gentle yet effective technique that works with the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding the muscles, to soften restrictions, improve mobility and support the body’s natural alignment.
Using slow, intentional pressure and intuitive touch, this treatment helps to relieve pain, reduce stiffness, improve circulation, and support the nervous system in settling into a deeper state of relaxation
It can be especially benefi cial if you are experiencing stress, fatigue, physical discomfort, postural tension, or feeling you have been carrying too much for too long.
More than physical relief, this is an invitation to slow down, soften and reconnect with your body. To listen to what it may be holding, create the space for release, restoration, and renewal.
“The body holds, protects and remembers—until it feels safe enough to release.” Maria Tjader

Low cost Therapeutic massage with Myofascial Release at £40/60 mins, £60/90 mins or £80/120 mins for BeWell members.
Therapeutic massage with Myofascial Release is a deeply nurturing treatment that supports your body on multiple levels—physical, emotional and structural.
This session combines flowing, intuitive massage techniques with gentle myofascial release work, which focuses on the connective tissue (fascia) that surrounds the muscles. This treatment will help to soften restrictions, ease tension patterns and improve natural mobility throughout your body.
You will feel a touch that is slow, attentive and responsive to what your body needs. It may involve still, sustained holds as well as fl owing massage to encourage deep relaxation and gradual release of long-held tension.
This approach can be especially supportive if you are experiencing stress, fatigue, muscular tightness, postural strain, or a sense of heaviness or disconnection in your body.
Rather than working against your body with force, this treatment works with your body by listening, supporting and creating space for it to unwind at its own pace.
The intention is to help you feel more at ease in your body, more open in your breath, and more connected to yourself as a whole.
“When the body is met with patience, it remembers how to release.” Maria Tjader

Fusion Massage
This massage is a mixture of the other treatments by Yasmin, with some added, fantastic new massage techniques & stretches which come from the Jing Advanced Massage Institute.
The Jing Advanced Massage Institute, are known for fusion massage work. They have blended massage techniques from both Eastern & Western massage/bodywork practices, to get the results they do with their clients & clinical trials have been proven to be very effective using the Jing method.
Jing are well known in the massage world, for clinical massage & also for massage in the treatment of pain & chronic pain. All massages provide relaxation to clients, & this massage is no exception, it is a deeply relaxing experience, however this massage offers more than just relaxation to clients.
The clinical massage aspect is what makes Jing & Jing therapists uniquely different to other massage therapists. Treatments are bodywork & are not solely offering relaxation, they also offer pain relief & help with changing pain patterns in the body on a permanent basis.
Massage Fusion from Eastern & Western practice fits well with my previous training in Reiki; Thai Yoga Massage & Indian Head Massage. The Jing training complemented my previous training & seemed an obvious next step in my massage journey. Energy point work is included in this massage.
Fusion Massage includes:
The massage takes place on a massage bed & clothing (including bra) needs removing. Pants/knickers are left on.
Yasmin does step/work on the table with the client, as part of the massage, this technique helps with giving a good firm pressure in the massage to the client.
Clients are massaged on their backs, fronts & sides, depending on the treatment plan & issues the client has brought to the treatment.
Yasmin would describe this Fusion massage as bodywork, which includes the elements & techniques listed below:
- Amma Fusion: Table based Shiatsu techniques which are relaxing & a great start to a session. This works on energy points in the body from Chinese Medicine, alongside…
- Thai Yoga Massage: energy line works, massage & some stretching
- Myofascial Release: Fascia is the connective tissue in the body, & myofascia is the connective tissue that surrounds our muscles. Myofascial release stretches this tissue, to loosen/stretch this tissue enabling a decrease in tension & pain in the body. Yasmin uses direct fascial techniques like skin rolling, and more.
- Trigger Point therapy: Trigger points are painful spots/points in a muscle, that cause a predictable pain in the body & might have a referred pain pattern. Trigger point therapy helps to release these painful sore points found in muscles, relieving pain & tension in the whole body. Trigger Point therapy is a technique used in Western Bodywork & is considered soft tissue release.
- Static/passive Stretching can help release tight muscles & tight areas in the body.
- Deep Tissue massage techniques: Some techniques use forearms & elbows & stronger pressure in the treatment.
- Hot &/or cold Stones the heat allows a deeper level of relaxation in the body. It can also provide relief from pain & tension. It can help to release trigger points in the muscle fibres easily & encourage the fascia to loosen & stretch. Cold stones can be helpful with injuries & can increase ease of movement.
Yas recommends the use of heat in this massage but if clients prefer ‘no heat’ this can be accommodated & the treatment is still effective. If it’s a hot summer’s day we can use cold stones for the relief it provides, and if it is the clients’ preferred choice here.
Yasmin can help clients with lower back pain; neck & shoulder pain & pain around the shoulder girdle & really focus on these area’s if required. Yasmin has completed three modules with Jing Advanced Massage Institute relating to these above specific areas of the body. These modules teach specific anatomy of the above three areas as well as many specialist massage techniques & stretches to alleviate pain & open up the body particularly in those three areas. The modules also cover specific pathologies/conditions that come up in these areas of the body.
Yasmin chose to do these extra modules on the lower back; shoulder girdle & neck & shoulders because she felt that so many clients come in to see her with these common conditions, so she really wanted to specialise in these areas & help clients to move forward with these common areas of pain/tension.
This massage can help with calming & grounding the nervous system, but can also help with conditions like migraines & headaches; sciatica, stiff neck, tension in the jaw, whiplash, frozen shoulder & carpal tunnel & general pain in the neck & shoulders; shoulder girdle & lower back.
Ideally 1.5 hours is recommended for this treatment, if clients would like a full body massage, there are a lot of different aspects/techniques within the treatment & many limbs to work on in depth – so 1.5 hours allows the whole body to be worked on thoroughly.
This massage can be a 1 hour treatment however this will entail focusing on the main areas of the body where there is pain & tension of your choice & concern, both front & back of the body, and a much shorter amount of time focusing on areas of less concern such as hands, feet & face. In summary the majority of the time of the treatment will be given to your area of concern; leaving a shorter amount of time to areas of less concern. You will receive a full body massage nonetheless.
Fusion massage is an amazing body work experience with techniques from both Eastern & Western practices. Clients wont be disappointed with this massage.

This massage treatment incorporates the Jing Method™ which uses a thoughtfully curated and creative blend of techniques found in Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage as well as Myofascial release, Trigger Point therapy, Acupressure, Amma Fusion.
Each treatment will take a holistic approach, considering each person’s treatment needs and tailoring it to work towards a measurable outcome, unique to each person.
What is Clinical Massage used for and the benefits?
- for relaxation and reduction in stress
- a reduction in pain and relief from chronic muscle tension/ ongoing pain conditions eg. lower back and hip pain, neck and shoulder pain, arm & hand pain, leg and foot pain.
- improved mobility and postural improvement
- aiding recovery from acute injury, repetitive strains/ overuse injuries
- if curious about how massage techniques feel
The therapist will do a consultation & assessment, prior to the massage treatment, that will include some previous medical history; clients feelings around their pain condition; client expectations; origin, provocation and quality of pain; observation; and where necessary some special orthopaedic testing and palpation.
*Please Note: The therapist doesn’t diagnose, prescribe drugs or offer any medical treatment. If you are concerned about your health please talk to your GP.
What to expect during the treatment?
Following the chat in the consultation, you’ll be instructed by the therapist to get undressed in privacy to a suitable level for the treatment and get under the massage sheets on the massage table. Please note this can be adapted to work dressed comfortably, although working directly on skin generally seems to help muscle tissue & fascia more so. Clients are always covered with professional draping of massage sheets eg. uncover back to work on back, neck and shoulders.
Depending on the treatment plan clients may start lying on their front, back or side. Client and therapist communication is used during treatment to check on client or to change position of front, back or side lying, where needed.
Unscented, nut free and vegan (optional) massage wax is most commonly used as it allows the therapist to sink slower and deeper into muscle fibres and connective tissue for more beneficial results.

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage has been practiced in India for over 1000 years and is part of the Ayurvedic tradition. The treatment comes from a tradition of family grooming. The techniques involved have been passed down from generation to generation following two paths of development: women developed one part of the treatment to keep their hair strong whilst male barbers developed the other half to invigorate the scalp and head.
Originally, the technique only included the head. Today, it also includes massage of the upper arms and neck, head and face. Different massage techniques are used throughout the treatment some are quick stimulating movements and others are relaxing gentle soothing movements.
It stimulates the circulation to the scalp and nourishes the hair roots. Along with increased blood circulation, it also stimulates the movement of lymph, thus having a cleansing effect, as well as proving to be an invaluable technique for relief of eye strain, headaches, insomnia, lack of concentration, and lethargy.
It does not require the client to remove any clothing, and it is not essential to have the use of oils. However oils can be used if the client wishes.
Reflexology
Reflexology is based on ancient Chinese theory that the feet, hands and ears are a complete representation of the body in miniature.
Reflexology involves pressure and manipulation of specific areas of the feet, and sometimes hands or face. These areas, reflex zones, are specific points which correspond with organs and tissues throughout the body.
The application of finger and thumb pressure to these reflex zones stimulates the body to heal itself. Similar to acupressure principles, reflexology works with the body’s energy flow.
Reflexology induces relaxation and stimulates the circulation of blood and lymphatic fluids, so aiding de-toxification and the elimination of waste products, and clearing the body energetically.
Reflexology is also convenient in cases where an area of the body is traumatized or diseased to the extent that direct manipulation is not appropriate.
Reflexology is mostly known for being a treatment on the feet – but at Anahata we also offer hand reflexology.
Hand reflexology
Additional benefits of receiving hand reflexology are that it releases tension and improves circulation to your hands and lower arms, easing aches and pains. Since many of us have jobs or interests which demand over-use of thumbs, this can feel a particularly welcome treatment to receive!
