I am a practitioner and teacher specializing in Crystal Healing and Reiki and have worked in the holistic world for nearly 25 years.

I am very passionate about helping individuals achieve healing and empowerment in their lives through a holistic approach. This means treating an individual as a whole, not just the physical but also the psychological, emotional and spiritual aspects of a person.

My first experience with Crystals was in 2000, whilst going through my own crisis I went for a Crystal Healing. Being so inspired by the results and the connection I felt with the Crystals, I signed up to learn this for myself. I completed a 2 year Crystal Diploma Course with the Spiritual Venturers Association and have been working with Crystals ever since. After a few years of working as a Crystal Healer I had the amazing opportunity to start teaching in mainstream college, being one of only two people in the UK at that time teaching VTCT Crystal Therapy!

In 2006 after having been attuned to First Degree Usui Reiki for a while and feeling the enormous positive effects on my own energy, I was attuned to Second Degree Usui Reiki as I felt ready to share this gentle yet powerful healing energy to benefit others.

Since then I have worked in both the public and private sectors and have had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life including the more specialized areas of Complex PTSD and Hospice Care.
