This involves tuning in to the body and becoming aware of your posture and movement patterns. This practice of using bodily awareness is a great way to to make changes to how we show up in the world and how we relate to others. Embodiment coaching focuses on specific goals and together we use various techniques to help to find answers to how to move forward in the desired direction.
“Sarah took great care of me. I booked a massage to help with intense period pains. She did a great job of balancing the treatment to be both relaxing and also working on some knots and tightness that had developed in my back and glutes. She was great at working with me to find the right level of pressure. And I felt so much better after.”
“Sarah was professional and made me comfortable and relaxed right away. Sarah gave me recommendations for ways to help the problem areas I have that were worked on attentively and made sure the pressure was great. I’d definitely recommend a massage from Sarah. Thank you!”
“Fantastic massage all around, Sarah worked on all the tension points and my back feels a lot better. Highly recommend.”
“Super massage. Had the best sleep in a long time afterwards.”
“I felt safe and supported from the start. Sarah is very in tune with the needs of her clients and able to give great insights and feedback.”
“I was unsure about how this would work but I was extremely pleasantly surprised. I was able to understand how I exist in my body and the messages I give out to other people. It was fascinating to use movement as a way connecting with my problems.”
“I discovered that Sarah did coaching after first booking her for a massage. I felt comfortable with her and found it easy to talk to her so I also booked a coaching session as it’s something I have been thinking about for awhile. I found Sarah’s style a good balance of supportive and challenging. I was able to look deeply into my patterns. Sarah provided a safe space for me to reflect on my blocks and move forward with my goal.“
