I am passionate about assisting people to come home to the root of their power in our bodies, our pelvic bowl, and our sexuality. I use Arvigo Abdominal Therapy together with my training as a transformational coach, and am experienced in supporting people around their sexual, spiritual and emotional health. I have the tools to help you on your journey to health and wholeness. I work in a holistic and trauma informed way, which means that you will always be empowered to guide your own healing process.

Fees

Arvigo Abdominal therapy is available Mondays to Saturdays, 10am to 6pm.
First session 90 mins at £80;
Subsequent sessions 60 mins at £60.
