This session combines flowing, intuitive massage techniques with gentle myofascial release work, which focuses on the connective tissue (fascia) that surrounds the muscles. This treatment will help to soften restrictions, ease tension patterns and improve natural mobility throughout your body.
You will feel a touch that is slow, attentive and responsive to what your body needs. It may involve still, sustained holds as well as fl owing massage to encourage deep relaxation and gradual release of long-held tension.
This approach can be especially supportive if you are experiencing stress, fatigue, muscular tightness, postural strain, or a sense of heaviness or disconnection in your body.
