Relax & recharge… comfort and soothe… get support with particular issues… these individually designed sessions will help you feel better!

Online sessions can include the following:
  • Face Reflexology (Bergman Method)
  • Hand Reflexology
  • Indian Head Massage
  • Relaxation
  • Stretching & Massage moves for the upper body

Techniques are done seated. Sessions can last for 30 or 45 minutes, depending on the time you have available.

You will be guided through a sequence, following Liz’s techniques. There will be an opportunity to learn how to incorporate favourite moves effortlessly into your day, and you will be sent any info needed to support you.
