For only £10, you will receive this balancing treatment, with universal benefit to you. It can help with depression, anxiety, anger, impaired concentration, decreased energy, and body aches/headaches [1]. Once your stress levels have subsided, you will feel immediate benefit to your immune system and general wellbeing, so you can expect to start seeing results after just a few treatments.
The NADA protocol (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) protocol is specific combination of ear acupuncture, which involves using up to five needles in each ear. This combination of ear acupuncture points has been shown to produce neurophysiologic, biochemical, endocrine, emotional, and cognitive effects [2]. As the NADA mission statement declares, it is a standardised auricular acupuncture protocol for behavioral health – for addictions, mental health issues, disasters and emotional trauma.
The NADA protocol is successfully integrated as part of an holistic health plan to support:

During the session you will have time and space to relax in a quiet peaceful space. Everyone is treated with privacy and discretion. NADA induces a sense of ‘stillness’ that is parallel to the relaxation response that patients experience with mind-body based therapies. However NADA is more passive in that participation can be entirely non-verbal and does not require a learning curve [3].
I will help you to relax by introducing some breathing techniques. There is power in a group setting with everyone relaxed and breathing, so the group becomes a discrete, supportive presence.
