Norma teaches:

I have been practicing meditation, yoga and the contemplative arts of calligraphy and Ikebana over the last 15 years. My background is in the visual arts and I’m the mum of two young adults.

I trained as a sound therapist using crystal and Himalayan bowls. I am interested in all aspects of health and well-being.

When we learn to let go of distractions through the practice of meditation, yoga and sound we become more present, intuitive and responsive, more flexible and adaptable, more open and willing to learn new things.

Everybody leads a busy life and we live in challenging times. It’s important to take time out to rejuvenate and reconnect with ourselves and deeper levels of our being.
