About Chantal Pegg

After burnout in the London banking world, Chantal discovered the healing powers of Yoga and has never looked back. Gently trying to progress each day towards embodying the “Eight Limbs of Yoga”, though accepting it as it is when setbacks arise, after all… we are all just trying our best.

Chantal focuses on guiding you to release stress & tension. She gently nudges you to cultivate joy during the class & connect to your inner light on & off the mat. Yoga and Meditation have been the triggers for cathartic transformation in Chantal’s worlds, and they are the force behind her teaching.
