Monkey Fungi – Medicinal Mushroom Tinctures

Production process

All our medicinal mushroom tinctures are dual extracted. We soak our dried mushrooms for up to 4 weeks in alcohol/ethanol. The pulp of the mushrooms are then placed in water and simmered for 6 – 12 hours to break down the chitin (a tough polysaccharide in fungal cell walls) and harvest the bioactive compounds.

Our mushroom tinctures maximise bioavailability by extracting water-soluble compounds (beta-glucans and polysaccharides) and alcohol-soluble compounds (triterpenes and erinacines). They support immune function, nerve regeneration, cognitive enhancement, gut health and inflammation reduction.

All our organic medicinal mushrooms are home grown or sourced from organic farms in Devon and Wales. We take great pride in our local handmade products and we strive to bring our pure dual extracted tinctures to the local community and further afield.

We produce our tinctures surrounded by the Flower of Life, an ancient sacred geometric symbol, which represents the cycle of creation. As well as a positive influence, we use the Flower of Life to bless our high-quality medicinal mushroom tinctures.

Dosage

Take 1-2 ml per day. Each bottle comes with a dropper with measurements of 0.5 ml and 1 ml.
Total doses per bottle for 1 ml/day is 50 doses.
