Sauna with Massage
Sauna with Massage £65 (2 hrs all inclusive)
An hour's session in the Infrared Sauna before your massage appointment will soften your muscles ready for a truly effective massage. A professional massage after your sauna session will complete the relaxing effect of the Infrared rays. A win-win combination!
Please bring change to use our chlorine-free shower (4 mins for 20p; 20 mins for £1) to wash away your toxicity! It's best not to use soap in the shower and not to apply oils or lotions after the shower. Use a loofah or skin brush for more efficient cleaning and let your body enjoy the benefits of clean, unclogged pores.
You will need to bring: One bath towel (for your shower or for towelling yourself off during or after the sauna) and two hand towels (one to sit on and one to rest your feet on). If you forget your own towels, we can provide a set of towels for a £3 charge (to include laundering).
When booking:
Please bear in mind that you need to allow for 1 hour infra red sauna before your massage time.

- THEN go back to Our Therapies and choose Sauna + Massage again
- choose Sauna with Massage - part 1 - Sauna and book this for your FIRST HOUR.
