Menopause Awareness workshop & taster sessions

In honour of Menopause Awareness Month, Anahata practitioners have come together to create an interactive workshop that shares the best wisdom from Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, local Celtic and Naturopathic traditions. Following the successful sell out event in 2025, we are repeating the workshop! Our theme this year is Menopause & Neurodiversity, although you do not need to be neurodivergent to gain enormous wisdom from the day.

Whether you have chosen a hormone-free transition or HRT, this workshop will inspire and nourish you. You have the opportunity to ask professionals directly what would be most effective for your particular menopause experience.

Low cost taster sessions will be available so you can evaluate for yourself the therapies that are most supportive for you. The event will change your understanding of menopause, allow you to connect with others transitioning, and give you a selection of affordable and effective tweaks to your lifestyle, to ease this natural process in your life.

£20 includes talks, goodie bags & £5 off your first full treatment at Anahata, with one of the day’s practitioners.
