Testimonials

I went on this today and it was excellent – so much info re gut health using plants all around us. I highly recommend Rachel’s foraging workshops 💚” June 2024

I recently attended an event organised by Rachel Robertson, who is a specialist practitioner in gut health. She took us on a foraging journey around a local park, where we collected samples of various medicinal plants that are useful for supporting gut health. Other people would think these plants are weeds but they have been used as medicines for hundreds of years and can be very useful today. Rachel made this afternoon absolutely fascinating. She is so knowledgeable and explained the plants and how they used in a clear and accessible manner.
I found it really inspiring and helpful. It is wonderful to know how local green spaces can be such a cornucopia of valuable helpful plants.
In the days before pharmaceutical medicines our ancestors would’ve known all of this stuff but it has been forgotten. Fortunately, Rachel is able to put us back in touch with this precious knowledge. I very much recommend attending this event as it is both fascinating and valuable and also enormous fun. Thank you Rachel.” Simone P. July 2024
