Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Every Saturday 10 am – 11 am

Suitable for all levels, all equipment provided.


This class is the perfect way to start your weekend. In Vinyasa, you will be led through a flowing sequence, focusing on synchronising your breath to movement. There will also be a loving invitation to challenge yourself through balancing or strengthening postures for those who wish to try.

All levels (including beginners, or those who haven’t come to the mat in a while) are welcome.

We will begin every session with pranayama (breathwork), and end with savasana (a lying-down pose). This class is suitable for those wanting to bring a little bit of energy to their practice, so is slightly faster-paced but still very supportive.
