Playful Mindful Yoga

Every Wednesdays 6:45 pm – 7:45 pm

Suitable for all levels, all equipment provided.


This class interweaves various styles of traditional Yoga movement postures (asanas) & Pranayama (breathwork), whilst combining cathartic & stress relieving techniques.

Chantal will gently guide you to shake out tension or stress held in the body to help regulate your nervous system. The class may challenge you to let go of your conditioning through sound release & help you reach a new sense of empowerment in your body & mind.

LGBTQIA + friendly & inclusive. Anyone with an interest in yoga is welcome, come with an open mind & playful attitude!
Chantal focuses on energising and uplifting you, so you can step back, lighter, into your life after class.
